Self-management is the thought to prioritise goals, decide what can be done, and become stable to complete the necessary actions. Comprehensively self-management involves four process: physical, mental, social, and spiritual.The need for quality self-management will increase, as more work will be done remotely, requiring leaders and employees to possess this imperial valuable competency.
